Ngày đầu tiên dùng Twitter cũng chưa có gì nhiều để nói. Tuy nhiên tối về nghĩ lại về follower của Twitter bỗng nhiên nhớ tới khái niệm Leads trong Sales. Leads được định nghĩa như thế này :
Leads consist of contact information (email,phone,address…) for those people who visit your site based on seeing your ad. Qualified leads are those who are likely to fit the profile of your best customers, or have taken additional action, such as signing up for a newsletter or otherwise asking for followup.
Nếu như coi mình đang “bán” suy nghĩ của bản thân thì phải chăng leads và followers là giống nhau?
