1. They have their own communication channel. Vinaphone has been giving a great help to this. A free phone with balance waived up to 10x bucks is fascinating, though.

Yet it surprised me greatly to know just a few could receive the phone. So ...

2. Concept from Vietnamese has accelerated. And I can take this as an improvement. Once I heard from the radio about a request for traffic information at a specific place, 5 mins later the staff reported that many people called in response to the request. The people (to me, &quot;people&quot; here = humankind - VOV journalists -  VOV Co-ordinates) who, here, took no certain responsibility to call.

A little bit further about this, VOV Giaothong is currently not only car/truck drivers&#039; default channel but also motorbikes&#039; one.</description>
